[ The challenge ]

WAYA Clothing’s storefront was a website wrapped in a mobile shell — slow, janky and hard to convert on the phones its customers actually shop from. The brand needed an experience that felt as considered as its clothing.

[ Our solution ]

We rebuilt the WAYA shopping experience as a native Flutter app engineered for 60fps. Every screen — home, shop, product detail, basket, checkout and order tracking — is native, with real cart mathematics, promo codes, tiered delivery pricing, size and color selection, and mobile-money checkout.

Translated the brand’s editorial design language into a native component system — Bodoni headlines, warm palette, tactile motion.

Built cart mathematics, promo-code logic, tiered shipping and size/color selection as testable, native Flutter logic.

Implemented mobile-money checkout, order confirmation and a live delivery-tracking timeline.

Polish

Added hero transitions, shimmer image loading and haptic feedback, with live product imagery from WAYA’s CDN.
